Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 22 September 2026
These terms apply to this website and services offered by Thewomanhealthphysio. They do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Before making a payment, review the current package details and the practice’s official Terms and Conditions on Selar.
1. Website information
Website information is general education and does not replace an individual assessment, diagnosis, emergency care or advice from a suitably qualified clinician who knows your circumstances.
2. Clinical suitability and emergencies
Online, in-person and self-guided elements are subject to clinical suitability. The practice may recommend a different service, request appropriate medical clearance or decline to proceed where a service would not be suitable. Any amount paid for a service the practice cannot provide will be refunded for the undelivered portion.
If you have severe, sudden or urgent symptoms, contact local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional rather than relying on this website or waiting for an appointment.
3. Enquiries, booking and service delivery
The website appointment form creates an enquiry and reference before offering a Selar payment link. An enquiry alone does not reserve a session. A booking is arranged after payment and completion of the contact or onboarding steps provided through Selar, subject to availability and clinical suitability.
Relevant self-paced course materials may be included within an online or in-person consultation package. The current package contents, location, fee and any access period shown at checkout should be reviewed before purchase.
4. Payment
Selar processes payments under its own platform terms. The practice is responsible for delivering the purchased clinical service. A purchaser should keep the Selar receipt and appointment reference for any payment, rescheduling or refund request.
5. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds
Purchases are subject to the practice’s no-refund policy. This does not remove any refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not apply where the practice cannot deliver the purchased service.
- One reschedule may be requested without a practice charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
- A late cancellation or missed appointment may result in the session being treated as used.
- No cancellation charge will be applied where the booking cannot be honoured because of the death or hospitalisation of the person for whom the service was booked.
- If the practice cancels or cannot provide the purchased service, the client may choose a suitable reschedule or a full refund of the undelivered service.
Questions about an exceptional circumstance should be sent promptly to support@thewomanhealthphysio.com with the purchaser’s name, appointment reference and Selar receipt. Do not include detailed medical or sexual history in the request.
6. Participation and communication
Clients should provide accurate information, attend agreed sessions, follow safety guidance and raise questions when instructions are unclear. The practice may pause or modify care when new information affects suitability or safety.
7. Results and client experiences
Testimonials describe individual experiences. Outcomes and timelines vary, and the practice does not guarantee a particular clinical, physical or relationship result.
8. Educational content
Unless permission is expressly given, website and programme content may not be copied, republished, sold or distributed. Links to Instagram and other external services are provided for convenience.
9. Contact
